Training Officer and Assessor for the last eight years, having conducted training at Glencore, Khumani, HCI Coal, Nokeng Mine and Anglo-Better Best. Fana specialises in Health and Safety, and in particular Work at Height. He is also a registered Assessor with the ETDP, CETA and Services SETA.
Administrator and Training Coordinator of the organisation. She handles Quality Management Systems and training evaluation, and interacts with statutory bodies such as the MQA, ETDP SETA, Services SETA and CETA. Amanda holds a Legal Secretariat Certificate and is the primary point of contact for client communications.
In the team we are blessed to have two PhDs — Doctor of Philosophy — both Mineral Processing Training gurus. The pair are also seasoned Assessors and Moderators with the Mining Qualifications Authority, specialising in quality training outcomes.
